 * Thanks for letting me know about this. I’ll look into the bug and push an update
   to the plugin.
 * In the meantime, your users will remain logged in if you deactivate the plugin
   temporarily.
 * I’ll post an update here once a fix has been released.

 * Are you able to tell me what Roles you have selected under the ‘Manage Roles’
   section of Persistent Login settings?
 * And also, does your WP user have one role assigned, or multiple roles assigned
   to it?

 * They are assigned “subscriber”.
    Can you email me as I bought the pro version
   and would rather discuss this privately and give you login details etc.

   issue.
