 * I can’t reproduce this problem. But, the only thing that can account for this
   error is that database tables are not correctly created or upgraded. Try to open
   plugin panel Tools -> Recheck and Update and see what it says for the database
   tables status.

 * Thanks for the reply. The error seems to happen if the page is reloaded or if
   going to another forum from one that has a rating and then return to the first
   forum.
 * Is “Tools –> Recheck and Update” a plugin or a built-in feature of WordPress?

 * This is ‘Tools’ inside the Rating System admin menu, not WordPress Tools.
