 * Yes. It happens also with latest 2.5.3 version. There is a bug that should be
   solved. Let’s hope that the developer can do it soon.

 * What version of PHP are you on? We seemed to have just hit this error only after
   we upgraded some infrastructure to PHP 8.

 * Hi [@tnolte](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tnolte/) ,
 * In my case it happens with PHP 8.1 and it was working fine, without errors, in
   previous version running the same PHP version.

 * We are on PHP 7.4 and are experiencing the same issues.

 * Guys, we’ve moved back to SAFE SVG plugin and all works fine. They also reply
   to support tickets unlike SVG Support.

 * Actually this plugin should be maintained by WordPress and no one else. SVGs
   have become too critical. We can’t afford this kind of PHP errors for days without
   any support.

 * [@ecomturbo](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ecomturbo/) as a fellow open
   source plugin developer this sort of attitude doesn’t help. There was actually
   support this past week of you bothered to look at other essentially duplicate
   issues to this one. There was also another release in an attempt to fix the issue.
   How about working to be part of the solution instead of piling on a lone developer.
   You have no idea what is going on in their life and you are benefitting from
   someone else’s work without paying them a dime. You could have easily reverted
   the version of the plugin you were using if it was that critical.
