# PHP Error / Can’t Login

 * Our site was working fine this morning but I updated our stripe credit card plug
   in and immediately our site crashed saying there was a PHP error. Unfortunately
   I can’t login to the WordPress account. I don’t know much about coding or anything
   so I’m looking for some help solving this problem.

 * As this happened after updating your Stripe plugin, try deleting its directory
   in wp-content/plugins, then reinstalling it. Maybe the update blew up before 
   completing.
 * If not, errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you
   can’t find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/

 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of 
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.
