 * The Eventprime Invoice plugin causes PHP errors in the backend:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Warnung	file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/share/doc/php-tcpdf/examples/images/) is not within the allowed path(s):wp-content/plugins/eventprime-invoices-main/includes/lib/tcpdf_min/tcpdf_autoconfig.php:961	Plugin: eventprime-invoices-mainWarnung	file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. ```

 * How can I fix this?

 * This error also seems to result in invoices and tickets not being sent.
   At least
   I have not yet been able to complete a guest booking (I have the corresponding
   addon).The only email that has arrived is the email that the booking is being
   processed.

 * There seem to be other problems.
   The plugin for the Elementor integration causes
   many PHP errors in the backend:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Unchecked runtime.lastError: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was receivedUncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was receivedUnchecked runtime.lastError: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received
       ```
 * In addition, some files do not seem to be found:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()https://.../wp-content/plugins/eventprime-elementor-integration-main/includes/admin/css/eventprime-elementor-integration-admin.css?ver=4.0Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()https://.../wp-content/plugins/eventprime-elementor-integration-main/includes/admin/js/eventprime-elementor-integration-admin.js?ver=4.0
       ```

 * I had a look at the files. They are there, but almost empty.

   is functioning as expected. It appears that the issue you are encountering may
   be the result of a conflict, potentially with one of the paid or premium extensions
   you are currently using.
 * Since its related paid extension(s), to ensure we can assist you further, we
   request that you raise a support ticket through our internal support portal.
 * Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.
