# PHP Error in WordPress

 * I am developing a website and i am using GAM event manager plugin for adding 
   events in my website.I want to add a Register Button at the end of Event Description
   which will redirect the user to Registration form page.I am passing the title
   of post (using get_the_title(); function) from one page(Event Description page)
   to another page(Registration form page)in the URL.My Regisration button is not
   working and it is not redirecting the page to another page.Please tell me what
   mistake i am doing in my code..Below is the code for Registration Button
