 * Hi! I’ve been using this plugin for a while without any issues. I went to update
it today, and it took a very very long time. This has happened before, usually
because WP has just frozen or something. I clicked again on the ‘updates’ button(
which usually fixes the problem) and then got sent to a white screen with an
error message that said something like “Site down for unscheduled maintenance,
please check back in a minute” (I’ve never seen this before).
 * I refreshed the page about five minutes later, and get a different error message.
I’ll just link my website below so you can see it. I can’t access the main website,/
   wp-admin, or anything like that.
 * Any ideas on what to do here? I’m pretty worried that the site’s screwed for
   good 🙁 thank you!

 * (PS Unfortunately I really know nothing at all about this kind of stuff. If it’s
clearly a problem with my host or something, just let me know and I’ll quietly
   back out of the room.)

 * The “Site down for unscheduled maintenance, please check back in a minute” message
can be displayed when updating plugins or WordPress itself. Usually an update
takes only a few seconds so most users will not see the message.
 * The message you are seeing there is because something has gone wrong with the
update and not all files were extracted from the zip archive correctly. This
could be a one off or a potential a bug in WordPress.
 * You will need to manually remove the plugin by deleting the directory from wp-
   content/plugins and then re-install it.
