PHP Error: Non-static method WP_Feed_Cache::create() should not be called statically

When I disable the plugin, the bug disappears. How to remove an php error?

I’ve completed these steps. The error did not disappear.
The error disappears when the All in One SEO Pack plugin is disabled

Make sure you’re running an unmodified TwentySeventeen theme, and no plugins except All in One SEO Pack, and have cleared all server and browser cache. Then check.
