# PHP error upon activating

 * Just an FYI, the plugin spits out this error right away.
    `undefined index: eddms_mailchimp_api_key
   in ....../edd_mailchimp_subscribe.php on line 144`
 * When you get to the Settings page for EDD, there’s a double PHP notice – the 
   header and the page content – because it’s trying to pull the lists before the
   plugin has been setup, so it needs to check for the field instead of spitting
   out an error.
 * No big deal, I’ve done that when I was long into dev and the database entries
   were set and I never saw errors.
 * Looking forward to using this when the activation bug gets squashed.

 * Oh, FYI, the title of your plugin at [http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/edd-mailchimp-subscribe](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/edd-mailchimp-subscribe)
   said Subscibe instead of Subscribe. Nowhere else do I see it spelled that way–
   the URLs, the dashboard, nowhere.
 * I pinged Jan Dembowski – one of the volunteer forum mods – and he saw it’s the
   readme.txt file with the misspelling because I was having a brain fart forgetting
   which file produces the repo description.
