What is going on? I can’t create any new tickets since doing an update of Awesome Support plugins. * I can’t submit any tickets on my site and when I do all I get is the following error! It was working fine on PHP 7.4 but due to reasons out of my control, I was forced to upgrade to PHP 8. We recommend using 7.4. We applied some fixes for 8.0, as it is a newer version, and we keep fixing any error that is coming with the upgrade. we are working to make it compatible with 8.0 and the later PHP versions. I have concerns about the progress/speed of updates happening… if this is not happening for months then my choices are to find another hosting supplier or another ticket support system! * Interestingly downgrading to awesome-support-productivity-V4-6 resolves the issue and the ticket system works again. However, I don’t know what other knock-on effects this has. I have esclated this issue to the higher support and devleopment team to fix. At this point i cannot give you exact time of fixation.
