 * I have installed your plugin and the icons appear to be showing but if you go
   to link attached I get alot of PHP errors about “Undefined index: elements”.
 * Wondered if you could point me in the right direction to fix these errors?

 * It looks like what is showing are notices rather than errors. You most likely
   have PHP notices enabled, which are typically not recommended for use on production
   sites. You can disable the notices by adjusting error_reporting or within php.
   ini.

 * We’ll create a ticket in the meantime to get this notice fixed in a future release
