   in /home/domain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-custom-login/login-form-
   screen.php on line 241
 * And occasionally the error under the PHP handler PHP FPM:
 * [06-Jun-2019 02:10:45 UTC] PHP Notice: Undefined index: login_redirect_user in/
   home/domain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/admin-custom-login/init.php on line
   43
