 * Installed this plugin, but was a bit disappointed to see PHP errors right away.
 *     ```
       Non-static method EvidencePlugin::plugin_redirect() should not be called statically

       wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:287
       do_action('admin_init')
       wp-admin/admin.php:175
       ```
 * [@frankyw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/frankyw/) these warning were superficial
   and have been resolved. We hope you’ll reconsider using the plugin and updating
   your review accordingly. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
 * Hi [@jarrodevidence](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jarrodevidence/),
 * Thanks for the update, I had in the meantime simply added the tracking code manually
   to my website as a workaround.
 * I am hoping my outstanding support ticket related to Woocommerce webhook data
   is resolved soon, will be happy to update my review once everything is working
   correctly 🙂
 * [@jarrodevidence](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jarrodevidence/) gotta
   say the Evidence support leaves a lot to be desired, 2+ weeks without any feedback
   is not acceptable.
 * Jan 26: Open support ticket related to webhook data not being captured properly.
   Jan 27: Reply from support asking what the website is we need help with. Jan
   27: Respond to support with clarification. Feb 1: Follow-up due to no response.
   Feb 1: Support response saying issue has been escalated to Tier 2. Feb 10 (Today):
   Radio silence after 9 days, product is still non-functional, and we have removed
   code from our site.
 * [@jarrodevidence](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jarrodevidence/) downgraded
   my review to 1* due to the complete lack of support from Evidence.
 * Feb 18: **17 days of zero response**, product remains unusable.
