 * Hello [@7thcircle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/7thcircle/)
 * Thank you for your message and I am sorry to read about this problem. Can you
   please answer the below questions so we can start troubleshooting this?
 * 1) Are you seeing these errors on the MainWP install or on the child sites please?
 * 2) How often are these errors showing up in the logs? Is there a pattern? Maybe
   every hour or so?
 * 3) Or is there something that you do, or a process that you follow that leads
   to the generation of these errors?
 * Looking forward to hearing from you.

 * The errors are on the MainWP install. A few things I have seen, when I open the
   activity log on the site the errors appear in my debug log. When I refresh the
   child sites (on the extension settings page) it lists all of the sites even those
   without the plugin installed. After reloading the page, some of the sites that
   have the plugin installed do not appear on the left (they have not been added
   to the right).
 * There are some errors on a child site, but I will post over there when I can
   confirm it is not something on my end.

 * Hello [@7thcircle](https://wordpress.org/support/users/7thcircle/)
 * Would you be able to enable WordPress debug, access the plugin settings where
   the child sites are listed and send us the debug logs? Please send them to support
   at wpwhitesecurity dot com.
 * Looking forward to hearing from you.
