    Oops… Seems there was an issue during the backup
   process. Let our support representatives know about it by pressing here: says
   the plug in again… This time I had this message while trying to get the backup
   saved on dropbox

    Could you please, send me the backup log file,
   so I can analyze the issue?

 * In case you don’t have access to your dashboard, you can download it using the
   FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located
   in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

 * I tried the link above too send the log yet, I was not successul. I will try 
   again using another PC
