Have latest version of 1.14.7; wordpress 5.4.1 and php 7.3 and beaver builder theme. site hosted on WPEngine. I reverted my site several times, but could not find issue. Too much time to fix so just de-activated plugin and using wp media gallery. Now it works in a completely different way. Whatever the problem arises, update the PRO version to the latest. – 2.8.9 Deactivate and remove old Gallery plugins. Install the new Free version. Download new PRO version and install it. If your license is expired and you cannot update the plugin to the latest version, roll back the Free version.
