• Hello Support,
We have been getting intermittent 500 Server Errors on our site that we have been trying to trace. We turned on the WP Debug logging and the following errors show up in our log.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Core\Experiments\Manager’ not found in /…/plugins/elementor/includes/plugin.php:589“.
This is followed by a stack trace and another Elementor error.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Elementor\Core\Logger\Loggers\Logger_Interface’ not found in /…/plugins/elementor/core/logger/manager.php:212“.
This error is also followed by a stack trace.
We are using Elementor version 3.1.2 on our site.
    How do we fix this?

  • Hello,

Kindly perform the below troubleshooting steps, and feel free to skip what you already tried:

Please switch your theme (temporarily) and see if it makes any difference.

Please also regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard, then make sure that you clear:

your WP cache (your WP plugin if you have one),
your server cache (if you have one. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider),
    and your browser cache.

    Hello @saidaboukhadra,
I am still working through your suggestions. This is an intermittent fault so I have to wait for a period to see if it returns.
I will keep this post updated.
