# PHP Fatal error

    i just installed the plugin, but im getting the following error:

 * 1. Deactivated all plugins
    2. Active Plugins: Woocommerce, DHL, WPML all latest
   versions. WordPress also updated to the latest version. 2022 Theme activated.
 * Any ideas?

 * Hi,
    the store is based in Italy. I changed the country to Germany and it worked.
   But does the plugin really have to take the whole site down like this. Im sure
   there is a more gracefully way for this.

 * It should not take the site down, which is why I asked that you reinstall the
   plugin. It seems like some files were missing for some reason.
