 * My seo person was trying to update one of our products’ description and meta
   information. When she hit “update” she got an error that said unable to update.
   The error suggested that we disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict(
   which I did with no change) It also said to contact our host to have them increase
   some settings at the server. They did that, but we are still getting the same
   error. My host (siteground) found the following PHP error:
 *     ```
       PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_price_html() on null in /home/customer/www/thecoconutcoop.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/price.php:25
       Stack trace:

       ```
 * Can someone help us resolve this?
 * Hi [@lfunderburk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/lfunderburk/)
 * By looking at the error log it seems that the issue is related to your current
   theme (Divi).
 * Please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront ([https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/](https://www.woocommerce.com/storefront/))
   and check if the error ceases.
 * If performing such a test on your live site is not an option, you can create
   a staging site using the WP Staging plugin:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/)`
 * In case the issue persists after that, please provide us with more details about
   the error that you’re seeing.
    Does it get displayed only when you’re editing
   this specific product’s description? In addition, please include a [screenshot](
   [https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/](https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/))
   showing the problem.
 * That did indeed fix the problem. However, I’m not sure what to do about the divi
   theme as that’s what our site is built with. Once I go back to that theme, the
   problem will come back.
 * In that case, I suggest you reach Divi theme’s support who might be able to help
   with this.
