  • Hi @make-carlos

This is definitely a hosting issue. While the error message references one of our files, it’s actually a hosting configuration problem – the message simply shows the last file it tried to access before erroring out. If you installed other software, the file would likely be different depending on resource consumption.

512 MB of memory is quite small for WordPress nowadays. I’d recommend increasing your allocated memory to at least 1 GB so all your installed software has enough room to function properly.

Also, verify that the memory increase was applied correctly. Some hosting providers ignore constants in wp-config.php or local php.ini modifications – you may need to make changes in the global PHP configuration file instead.

    Thanks,
    Eduard
