 * Hello: I just installed WP 4.7 and found an error after installing it in my server(
   plesk). The error is reported as follows:
    “PHP Fatal error: Call to a member
   function do_action() on a non-object in C:\Websites\talentos-unicos.com\httpdocs\
   wp-includes\plugin.php on line 453 Fatal error: Call to a member function do_action()
   on a non-object in C:\Websites\talentos-unicos.com\httpdocs\wp-includes\plugin.
   php on line453”
 * Any idea of how to solve this? I am new in WP.
