 * Thank you for all the details! We released a new version this week, could you
   update the plugin to the latest version and try one more time? If it persists
   we would like to ask two things:
    1. Please contact our support team via [this page](https://app.mailerlite.com/contact)(
       select Integrations & API > then Contact Support) so we can get more details
       on this case in a private channel for further investigation
    2. You can also contact your hosting provider to check this, since error_log is
       a core PHP function [https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.error-log.php](https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.error-log.php)

   the recent versions of the plugin. If it persists for you, please, update your
   plugin to the latest version 2.1.12.
