I am not able to complete a backup of my site, the Current Backup page shows links to info about site not getting enough visitors. It doesn’t, but the “now” option is not creating a full backup even with repeated refresh. Is the is a visitor issue or as the error log calls it:
0331.943 (1) PHP Fatal error (Error) has occurred. Error Message: Undefined class constant ‘API_URL’ (Code: 0, line 84 in /services/webpages/util/2/a/2abo3pxk2.site.aplus.net/sally-strand.com/public/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/ConsumerAbstract.php)
0331.945 (1) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job

    I’m using APlus Hosting

    Hi Sally,

To help us resolve the issue, please could you send us full copy of the backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Best Wishes,

    Hi Sally,

Looking at the part of the code that this comes from indicates that a Dropbox API v1 token is being upgraded to an API v2 token. That is strange, as Dropbox killed off API v1 last year; and UpdraftPlus was ready for that around 18 months ago. Have you just updated from a very old UpdraftPlus version?

I can’t directly test, because of those factors, but I believe that the error will go away if you go to the Dropbox settings section within UpdraftPlus’s settings, and follow the link to re-authorise. If that does not work, then go into the ‘Advanced Tools’ tab, use the ‘Wipe Settings’ facility, and then re-configure UpdraftPlus.

    David
