I am having issues with my Givewp plugin. The first time I installed I didn’t have any problem. However, after I uninstalled/deactivated and tried reinstalling I’ve been having issues and am getting an error message. Engineers with WordPress help troubleshoot and concluded the issues is coming solely from Givewp. Below I’ve included the full error message:

    Hello @travelpuppies ,

I do apologize for the delay in responding here, I’ve only just returned today from holiday leave.

That fatal error referencing the database is usually from one or more of the database migration updates not finishing successfully.

To verify that, please visit your database update section in GiveWP > Tools > Data – Database Updates, and page through all of the screens (there are several).

If you see entries with any status other than the green “Success” status, please send a full screenshot of every page where one exists in your reply back to us.

With that we can provide actionable steps to get you up and running again with your donation data.

    Thanks in advance! 🙂

    Hello @travelpuppies

It’s been a while and we haven’t heard back, and I know troubleshooting needs a little extra time. I’m marking this topic as resolved for now, but if you still have questions, you can reply right here, and I’ll be happy to hop back in to assist.

    Have a great week! 🙂
