# PHP Fatal error – Rc43.php

 * Hey guys,
 * Since 2 / 3 days I’ve got a strange thing on my blog -blog.shantitravel.com
    
   I can load it and if I look into my log I can see that :
 *     ```
       [12-Jan-2018 09:20:42 Europe/Paris] PHP Warning:  require(Rc43.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\Serveur\Site23\Sites\Go\539c49d1-f012-11e5-aae0-001cc0a62bc3\response.php on line 223
   
       [12-Jan-2018 09:20:42 Europe/Paris] PHP Fatal error:  require(): Failed opening required 'Rc43.php' (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in D:\Serveur\Site23\Sites\Go\539c49d1-f012-11e5-aae0-001cc0a62bc3\response.php on line 223
       ```
   
 * I have got the last version of WP and I tried to :
 * – rename plugins folder
    – reupload core of WP – modify htaccess
 * I don’t know what to do know…
 * Have you got an idea?

 * First thing, [https://blog.shantitravel.com/](https://blog.shantitravel.com/)
   isn’t loading at my end and gives ‘Connection Error’.
 * Are you using any kind of payment gateways on your site? Rc43.php appears to 
   be a part of payment gateway (i.e. ebs).

 * Sorry but this doesn’t seem like a WordPress specific issue (and it’s PHP specific).
   You should check PHP config, and should also contact hosting provider for more.
