 * Hi there,
 * Hi there. I am currently using the Virtue theme. When trying to create a child
   theme using child theme configurator, I get the following error:
 * Do Not Activate “Virtue”! A PHP FATAL ERROR has been detected.
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare kt_get_wc_version() (previously declared in /home/
   mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/lib/scripts.php:35) in /home/mysite/
   public_html/wp-content/themes/virtue/lib/scripts.php on line 35
 * Any idea on how to fix this? Will activating the child theme break my site?
 * Thanks in advance for the help!

 * In addition, I cannot reproduce the fatal error when I install a child theme
   with Virtue running WooCommerce on our DEV servers. The problem must be caused
   by additional custom code ( or plugins ) in your particular WordPress instance
   or your version of Virtue.

 * Thanks so much for your reply!
 * I will try disabling and re-enabling my plugins 1 by 1, and hopefully this will
   work.
 * I have added a lot of custom css to the theme, and use pagebuilder to create
   some of my pages. Could this cause issues?
 * Would disabling plugins like pagebuilder cause any loss of work/content, or reset
   settings?
 * Thanks again!

 * Deactivating plugins will definitely change the front-end. You may want to use
   a “maintenance” notice while you are troubleshooting.
 * Looking at the actual PHP code in the Virtue theme, I can see exactly where the
   declaration is taking place. Somehow this is being called more than once, but
   without actually digging into your specific instance, any suggestion of the cause
   would be an educated guess.
 * As I said before, if you open a ticket on our website, you can provide more information
   about your server ( do not post it here ) and I can provide more detailed support.

 * Perfect, thank you.
 * I will contact you on the website should I not find the solution through the
   plugin route.
