 * When I update the plugin it gives me the following error.
 * “NOTICE: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class Nps_Survey, because
   the name is already in use in /home/wplive/web/wp-live/wp-content/plugins/header-
   footer-elementor/inc/lib/nps-survey/classes/nps-survey-script.php on line 12”
 * WordPress also crashes and doesn’t display footer or header on website. When
   this happens and wordpress boots in safe mode. I then have to revert the plugin
   back to older version in order for it to work

 * Hi [@fsollitt](https://wordpress.org/support/users/fsollitt/),
   Thanks for the
   update! The error you’re seeing usually happens when multiple BSF plugins (like
   Ultimate Addons, Astra, etc.) are running older versions, causing a conflict
   with a shared class.
 * To fix this, we recommend:
    1. Taking a full backup of your site.
    2. Updating **all BSF plugins and themes** to their latest versions.
 * This ensures all products use the same uses the same library version and prevents
   such errors.
 * Let us know how it goes! Happy to help further if needed.
 * Kind Regards,
   Ankush Support Team, UAE Plugin
