  • Hi @spid3r

Basically, what this error means is that your site requires more memory than the default allocated memory provided by your server.

To solve this, you will need to ask your web hosting provider to increase your PHP memory limit.

Also, you can follow the steps from the guide below in order to fix that issue:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/

    I hope that helps!

I’m checking, in fact it was the most obvious thing, i didn’t think about it because i had a similar problem with another plugin but it was a conflict. thanks

    Hi @spid3r ,

Great to hear you managed to find the culprit, and thanks for providing an update!

I would suggest reaching out to the developers of the plugin which has been identified as the culprit, should you require further help with this.

Since the cause of the issue has been identified, I will go ahead and mark this as resolved however feel free to create a new topic should you require further help!

    Cheers!
