# PHP Fatal error – WordPress Admin – is_woopay_eligible

 * Hello,
 * With the latest update of cartflows I’m getting the following error on attempted
   login to wp-admin:
 * [client mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined
   method WC_Payments_Features::is_woopay_eligible() in /var/www/vhosts/[asd]/httpdocs/
   wp-content/plugins/cartflows/modules/optin/classes/class-cartflows-optin-markup.
   php:142
 * Any ideas or is there a known issue here?

 * I tried to replicate the issue on my test site. However, I’m unable to replicate
   the error on the WordPress login page.
 * We haven’t received report of such error from any other customer. It seems the
   error might be due to some conflict.
 * Here’s what we can do to make sure:
 * You can deactivate all the plugins temporarily except CartFlows and WooCommerce
   and see if that solves the error. If it does then activate plugins one by one
   to see which plugin is causing the problem.
