The errors appear the moment I enable the plugin, and disappear once I disable it. No other problems with any other plugins. I made some changes to the plugin to fix this issue. It doesn’t seem to happen for everyone but nonetheless it made sense to decouple from WordPress’ WP_http. 4.1.3 should solve this issue for you.
