 * I am experiencing a number of fatal PHP errors when evaluating your plugin for
   use with a client. Rather than typing up a list of each issue, I have recorded
   a short screen recording showing the issues and where they occur in the plugin:

 * I was able to temporarily fix the issue by commenting out line 35 in leads_changes_log.
   php but this is obviously not a long term fix.
