# PHP Include Error on website

 * I was attempting to put a search box on my site and used the statement in the
   header.php:
 * > <?php include (‘/searchform.php’); ?>
 * Apparently I did not have everything set up correctly, but when i reverted to
   the backup I had made, I still get the following error:
 * > Warning: include(/home/content/d/i/b/dibacco/html/wp-content/themes/airplane_theme/
   > searchform.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or 
   > directory in /home/content/d/i/b/dibacco/html/wp-content/themes/airplane_theme/
   > header.php on line 34
 * However there is nothing on line 34
    How in the world do I get rid of this error?

 * Error fixed. Found that my uploads to my server were not overwriting properly.
