 * I’m installing a new WordPress blog and notice that the blog appears at [Blog](http://www.careers.org/blog/index.php)
   but it does not appear at [Blog](http://www.careers.org/blog/). ( I get directory
   listing only) Is this normal?

 * That’s usually because your Directory indexes are not setup to process index.
   php as and index file.
 * Could put this in your .htaccess file:
 *     ```
       DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php
       ```
