 * Hey so I want to have forms on my website so that people can register for certain
   clinics or teams. In the past I used php and mysql for this job but want to move
   everything or CMS over to wordpress. I can’t figure out how to set up the form
   so that it submits to a mysql database, then how to view those registrations
   in the admin control panel.
 * If anyone knows of an resources I can check out, or anyone they would recommend
   for me to have this developed for me would be very helpful.

 * i have and found cforms for example but i need the form to submit data to a database
   that I can view in the admin section, not just email someone with the registration
   information.

 * I think that [Contact Form 7](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/contact-form-7/)
   has a database add-on plugin.

 * contact form 7 does have a database plugin thank you.
 * I can make multiple contact forms which is what I needed. The only other thing
   is that for each of these forms I need the data to be submitted into a different
   database, and have its own page to view the results, I’m not sure how to make
   that happen or if you know a way of doing that.

 * I think that’s going to need a bespoke plugin.

   but got nothing.

 * I mean you’ll need to get someone to write a special plugin for you.
