 * Hi,
 * PHP Notice: Function wp_enqueue_script() was called **incorrectly**. “wp-editor”
   script should not be enqueued together with the new widgets editor
 * This notice appears on WordPress Widgets screen (Appearance > Widgets) when ‘
   Nested Elements’ feature is active. On deactivating it, notice goes off.
 * Tested with 2025 theme by registering a sidebar (register_sidebar) to get widgets
   screen, with no custom widget, no widget added in sidebar and no plugin active.
 * Thank you.

 * Hi there,
 * Thanks for contacting us and hope you are doing well and having a great day.
 * To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate
   all your plugins (besides Elementor ). If it solves the issue reactivate them
   one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily)
   to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
 * Also, this could happen due to our Elementor performance experiments you can
   try to deactivate them. To deactivate them you can go to Elementor > settings
   > features
 * Performance features currently in the experimental stage are:
    - Element Caching – Elements caching reduces loading times by serving up a copy
      of an element instead of rendering it fresh every time the page is loaded.
      When active, Elementor will determine which elements can benefit from static
      loading – but you can override this.
    - [Inline Font Icons](https://elementor.com/help/inline-font-awesome/) – This
      experiment renders icons as SVGs without loading the Font-Awesome and eicons
      libraries. Since SVGs are vector-based images which are rendered using the
      browser’s engine, they do not increase server requests which improves performance
 * I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
 * Kind regards,

 * Thank you for your time.
 * Actually I am getting this since long time. Tested with multiple setups since
   then.
 * Again tested with: Fresh Installation + 2019 WordPress theme + No plugin installed/
   active – except Elementor (latest v3.26.4) + PHP (8.2.12)
 * While testing one by one experiment…ON/OFF…found that it appears only when ‘container’
   is ON.
   And as nested elements need container ON…appears for nested elements too.
   Do not appear for any other feature / experiment.

 * Hi, [@codebusy](https://wordpress.org/support/users/codebusy/).
 * Thanks for following up. As I’m unable to replicate the error on my end, can
   you please record a brief screencast demonstrating the exact steps to reproduce?
   Also, what version of WP are you using?
 * Looking forward to your reply.
