 * Hi, when I check or uncheck:
 * Successful update [ ] Send me emails when something has been updated.
 * And click Save, I get the following displayed in the admin screen of the plugin:
 * > Notice: Undefined index: major in /wp-content/plugins/companion-auto-update/
   > admin/dashboard.php on line 23
   > Notice: Undefined index: cau_send in /wp-content/plugins/companion-auto-update/
   > admin/dashboard.php on line 25
   > Notice: Undefined index: cau_send_update in /wp-content/plugins/companion-auto-
   > update/admin/dashboard.php on line 26
   > Notice: Undefined index: menloc in /wp-content/plugins/companion-auto-update/
   > admin/dashboard.php on line 28

 * The setting of the checkbox (whether I check it or uncheck it and then Save) 
   in:
 * > Successful update [ ] Send me emails when something has been updated.
 * Is remembered correctly.
 * I am receiving emails from the plugin when something has been updated.
 * Actually, I received two emails at the same time that were duplicates of each
   other – the plugin sent the same email twice.
