Was it after some changes, for example, updating the Kocuj Sitemap plugin or WordPress? * You should know that this type of PHP error is impossible to be created by this line from kocuj-sitemap.php file. I think it is some problem on your server configuration or something else, but not inside the Kocuj Sitemap plugin. I think you should try to delete and reinstall the Kocuj Sitemap plugin from fresh copy from WordPress repository.
