# PHP Processes Spawn and Never Close

 * A little bit ago I had a site shut down at CrystalTech (Windows Server) – this
   is a new installation that I was moving to CrystalTech from Dreamhost. Dreamhost
   was complaining about overuse of CPU minutes (we’ve heard that one before). I’m
   getting around 3,000 unique users and 10,0000 page views per day on the site.
   Anyway, here below is the email I received from CrystalTech – any ideas?
 * Once again, this installation is currently running successfully at another host
   and appeared (visually) to be running fine at CT via IP address. I changed the
   name servers at the registrar and I’m assuming that as traffic climbed I got 
   whacked.
 * The only real differnence I can think of here is how read/write permissions are
   handled.

    flickrss automeeta inlinerss – i’m suspicious of this one
   phpexec – used above and in democracy democracy – plugin activated but not currently
   in use
