 * Hello,
 * I have the following error messages in my site’s health page:
 * A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes
   with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close()
   before making any HTTP requests.
 * The REST API request failed due to an error.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation
   timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
 * The loopback request to your site failed, this means features relying on them
   are not currently working as expected.
    Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed
   out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)
 * I’m assuming these are all linked?
 * I’ve read the available threads on this topic, but can’t figure out what to do.
 * The only plug-in i have deactivated is Real Simple SSL, which i don’t want to
   do. I am also using the Divi theme builder.
 * Would anyone know how I can resolve this? I would prefer not to play around with
   the php files.
 * Thanks,
    Khaula

 * Hi, khaulasmart, please try using the “Health Check” plugin: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
 * In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed
   while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme
   wasn’t changed.
 * After installing it, try changing the theme and initially disable all your plugins–
   and after, turning them on one by one – to determine what the cause of the problem
   may be.

 * Since Really Simple SSL has a conflict with something else on your site. If the
   conflict is cause by another plugin you could find a replacement for that plugin
   or an alternative plugin to Really Simple SSL should fix your problem. One of
   the following plugins might work instead of Really Simple SSL:
    -  WP Force SSL
    -  WP Encryption
    -  SSL Zen
    -  SSL Insecure Content Fixer
    -  Auto-Install Free SSL
    -  Easy HTTPS Redirection (SSL)
    - JSM’s Force HTTP to HTTPS (SSL)
    -  One Click SSL

 * Hi!
 * Thanks so much for your suggestions.
 * The health check showed an issue with WP Captcha, which i have deleted and it’s
   all good now 🙂
 * Thanks again
