 * Hi,
 * I’m using the latest Valenti Theme which uses this (latest version) meta box 
   plugin. Unfortunately we get a ton of these PHP Strict messages in our debug 
   log:
 * `[20-Jan-2016 13:04:05 UTC] PHP Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned
   by reference in /XXXXX/wp-content/plugins/cubell-themes-functionality/extensions/
   meta-box/inc/helpers.php on line 240`
 * The author of the theme updated to the latest version. Any idea how to fix this?
