    I am getting this error message: PHP: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home/
   storage/7/60/55/rio2love/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/php.ini on line 1
 * Can you help fix this error?

 * There’s not supposed to be a **PHP.INI** file in the wp-admin directory. Any 
   idea how it got there?
