# PHP update

 * Hi there,
 * I’m having some trouble with my site: _[ redundant link removed ]_
 * I’m trying to install WooCommerce, but I’m getting this error message when I 
   go to activate the plugin: Error: Current PHP version does not meet minimum requirements
   for WooCommerce.
 * I also have a message about this on my dashboard, that I need to update it. The
   only option it gives me is ‘Learn more about updating PHP’.
 * When I click on ‘Learn more about updating PHP’, I’m taken to this site, which
   tells me everything is up to date, and there are no additional options: [https://www.cloudlinux.com/hardenedphp-wp](https://www.cloudlinux.com/hardenedphp-wp)
 * Can you please help me figure this out? Thank you.

 * The current version of woocommerce requires PHP Version 7.0 or higher.
 * Contact your hosting provider assist you update your PHP version if it is less
   than that.
