 * I have PHP 7.0 but can’t upgrade to 7.1 and above. I get the classic “missing
   the MySQL extension” message. I am up to date on my Bento theme and my 2 plugins.
   Do you know if Bento might be the problem? My other plugins are the Classic WP
   editor (not Gutenberg) and Echo’s Knowledgebase.

 * Hello Gilbert, thanks for choosing Bento!
 * Bento has been tested with both php 5.x and 7.x, so it would make sense to check
   if it’s indeed the cause of the issue: to do this, please try switching to another
   theme (e.g. the default one) and checking if the error message persists. Deactivating
   all plugins could also show if any of them is the root of the problem. Please
   let me know the results!
