# PHP v8.1 admin table issues

 * Hello team,
 * We are experiencing some issues with filtering options and status changes with
   the awesome support plugin.
 * For example, in the screenshot below, according to the settings we have established,
   only those tickets whose activity is “Awaiting Support Reply” should appear; 
   however, as you can see, many other tickets appear that have already been answered.

 * The same issue is present in the admin table in that the response from this support
   does not appear in the activity; for this reason, the activity does not match
   the status, as you can see in this screenshot below.

 * This issue started when we upgraded our server’s PHP version from 7.4 to 8.1
