    I have Paid Support For WooCommerce. Is it possible that the ticktets system
   of some problem when updating the PHP server to version 7? Where are the replies
   of tikets stored in the database? The case is that an agent has answered a client
   and when sending, no response is shown. Is it possible to know if the reply notice
   mail has been sent? Thank you
