    Ive set tax rate 5% but finally when
   someone checkout, it shows 12% tax rate. Ive asked to woocommerce but they couldnt
   solve it and they asked me to upgrade php 7.

 * Please contact your host if you don’t have any idea about this. This has nothing
   to do with WordPress.

 * You set this in the Woocommerce plugin, not WordPress itself. I don’t know how
   this relates to the PHP upgrade, but if the plugin’s developers are asking you
   to upgrade (perhaps as a condition before they’ll provide any support), I’d follow
   their advice and upgrade.

    Dear George, Thank 
   you for your reply and guidance. I had no idea that it was so offensive to respond
   on a thread – I thought that that was what was required in fact. I am new to 
   forums/threads. I shall in future create my own, as you have suggested.Thank 
   you again, and I apologise for the nuisance.
