 * Thanks for the report. I will put together a fix for this, but for now you can
   fix it by going to the customiser and changing one of the settings under Material
   Design Forms.

 * Hi – I just tried to download the plugin again and install it (after removing
   some other plugins ) – and the site is fine
 * Maybe there was an upgrade error, or plugin conflict
 * (it would be a nightmare to redo all my contact forms)
