PHP warning!!

Hello,

I’m facing an error in my error_log and error is:
PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant ‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’ – assumed ‘‘ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS’’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in in /public_html/wp-config.php on line 93.

Wordpress version : 5.2.4
PHP version : ea-7.0.33

Even I can’t install or update plugins and says “Installation failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later.”

Kindly help to fix this issue.
