# 'PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information"

 * Hi,
 * I went onto my site this morning and it won’t load past the header image. In 
   addition to that, it won’t let me login to wordpress using the usual /wp-admin..
 * I haven’t installed or edited anything on my site for at least 5 months…
 * Spoke to my host and this is the error they’re seeing:
 * Jean L: [6:47:16 AM] Looks like a conflict error
 * write(5, “[10-Apr-2012 12:46:50] PHP Warning: Cannot modify header information–
   headers already sent by (output started at /home2/scformco/public_html/wp-content/
   themes/spectrum/spectrum/functions.php:26) in /home2/scformco/public_html/wp-
   includes/pluggable.php on line 866\n”, 266) = 266
 * Any suggestions?

 * Thanks – i’ve checked functions.php and there are no black spaces or open tags.
   Double checked line 26 too…

 * Have you tried switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to confirm that it is a theme-
   specific problem?

 * Tried but i’m not sure how to switch themes from my C-panel.. :/

 * Try switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder
   inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using
   cPanel’s File Manager.

   not a theme fault?
