# PHP Warning: file_exists() when run theme-editor.php

 * I’ve intalled the system and everything goes smoothly, but, when I use the Apperant
   ==> editor function, which will call the page theme-editor.php, bad things happend.
   It returned an warning and the page cannot open at all but the following setences:
 * “PHP Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction 
   in effect. File(D:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\www\root\new/wp-contentD:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\
   www\root\new/wp-content/themes/veryplaintxt/print.css) is not within the allowed
   path(s): (d:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu) in D:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\www\root\new\wp-admin\includes\
   file.php on line 52
 * PHP Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in
   effect. File(D:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\www\root\new/wp-contentD:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\www\

 * I should have mentioned that my WP was installed in the dir D:\wwwroot\fiw_sjtu\
   www\root\new.
 * I cannot edit the theme in the Admin Panel.
